The Eurotunnel at Folkestone, Port of Dover as well as Eurostar at St Pancras will get financial assistance to help reduce queues for travellers.

From the autumn, travellers from the United Kingdom (UK) alongside other non-EU Nations will have to undergo a new digital border system called the Entry/Exit System (EES), which is being brought in by the EU.

This will encompass having your fingerprints and photograph taken.
