German Bundesliga club, Bayern Munich, has sent its condolences to the family of Sven-Göran Eriksson, former England national team head coach.

Eriksson died after a long illness at the age of 76.
In its condolence message, Bayern Munich wrote: “Everyone at FC Bayern is deeply saddened to hear the passing of Sven-Göran Eriksson.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Sven’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Sven.”
