A journalist covering the Southport protests in England, after the killing of three children at a Taylor Swift-themed dance event, was brutally assaulted and robbed by demonstrators; and revealed, Police initially declined his request to be helped to safety.

Jack Hadfield, the Publica writer, opened up to Fox News Digital, he was robbed, had his phone charger stolen and was punched very hard to the extent he lost a tooth.
The Publica said via a statement, that, it ended its coverage of the protests unexpectedly to ensure Hadfield made it to safety.
He told Fox News Digital, “I am recovering well after the attack, if still being a bit shaken.
“It certainly has not deterred me from continuing to cover on the ground events, and I’m taking the broken tooth to be a battle scar!”
American singer, Taylor Swift, expressed “complete shock” following knife attack at her event which led to the death of three (3) children, with several others injured.
