Floral tributes have been left outside a property where a boy, 13, was stabbed to death.

On Thursday afternoon, Officers were called to Lovett Avenue, Oldbury, West Midlands, England, where the boy died at the scene.
Bundles of flowers in dozens and candles have been laid outside the property to pay tribute to the boy whose name remains unrevealed.
No arrests have been made, however ,Ch Supt Kim Madill, of West Midlands Police, said it was a murder investigation and there were “active lines of inquiry”.
A murder investigation has been launched on Friday as Police appealed to anyone with useful information to not hesitate to put it forth.
