The running mate will show up when the Vice Presidential nomination process starts.
According to nbcnews.com:
Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, had been focused on three finalists: Sen. JD Vance of Ohio, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida and Gov. Doug Burgum of North Dakota. But the search process has been closely guarded by the former president and top advisers, with everything from timing to the identity of his choice largely up to Trump himself.
The former US President survived an assassination attempt on Saturday 13 July, 2024 during his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
His security agents covered and moved him away to safety; he was wounded in his ear, however, no major injury was sustained.
Trump will face President Joe Biden in the US Presidential Election 2024 for the White House on Tuesday 5 November, 2024.
