President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has expressed his gratitude to the United States (US) for “supporting the Ukrainian people in their fight against full-scale Russian aggression”.

The Ukrainian President disclosed, he met with Speaker Mike Johnson where they discussed “strengthening Ukrainian-American cooperation”, adding, “the world must remain a place where freedom and democratic values prevail”.
President Zelenskyy said: “I met with House Speaker @SpeakerJohnson. The key topic of our conversation was strengthening Ukrainian-American cooperation.
We discussed expectations for the NATO Summit and Ukraine’s progress in implementing reforms on its path to joining the EU and NATO. Continued budgetary support from the USA is important for the economic stability of our country.
The world must remain a place where freedom and democratic values prevail.
I thanked Speaker Johnson for supporting the Ukrainian people in their fight against full-scale Russian aggression.”
