Paris 2024: Police conduct exercises ahead of opening ceremony

The River Brigade of the Police in the city of Paris conducted exercises on the city’s #Seine river ahead of the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympics 2024 in Paris, France.

The Paris 2024 Olympics will start on Friday 26 July, 2024 and close on Sunday 11 August, 2024.

According to France 24 (@France24_en): “The #Paris #police’s river brigade conducted exercises on the city’s #Seine river, gaming out scenarios ahead of the opening ceremony for the #Olympics, set to take place on Friday.”

President of France, Emmanuel Macron, visited the Olympic Village, met with some athletes, and said, the City of Paris is ready to host the Games.
