Israel Defence Forces (IDF) disclosed, “seriously injured female soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital as a result of interceptions during launches”.

According to IDF: “A short time ago, fighter jets attacked a field commander in the Hezbollah terrorist organization who was staying in the area of Kafr Tabnit in southern Lebanon.
Following the alerts that were activated in the north of the country at 19:15, about 15 launches were detected that crossed the territory of Lebanon, the air defense fighters successfully intercepted most of them.
As a result of interceptions during the launches, an IDF soldier was seriously injured, another soldier was moderately injured and two other soldiers were lightly injured.
The female soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital, their families were informed.
A short time later, additional alerts were activated in the north of the country, as part of which eight launches were identified that crossed from Lebanese territory to the Kiryat Shmona area.”
