On National Day Of Prayer, Joe Biden, President of the United States (US), prayed, that Americans “keep faith that our best days are ahead of us”.

He also prayed, “that we continue to believe in honesty, decency, dignity, and respect.”

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation.

For generations, Americans have lifted up scripture-filled prayers in every season and circumstance.

President Biden wrote: “Scripture tells us to rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, and be constant in prayer.


“On this National Day of Prayer, my prayer is that we keep faith that our best days are ahead of us and continue to believe in honesty, decency, dignity, and respect.”
