Uefa Europa League 2023/24: Bayer Leverkusen 2-2 Roma – Black and Reds through to final

Bayer Leverkusen are in the final of the Uefa Europa League 2023/24 after a 4-2 aggregate win over AS Roma in the semi final.

The Giallorossi lost 0-2 in the first leg of the semi final tie at Stadio Olimpico, Rome, and Daniele De Rossi’s side were held to a 2-2 draw by Xabi Alonso’s side despite taking a two-goal lead at BayArena, Leverkusen, Germany on Thursday 9 May, 2024.

Bayer Leverkusen, who are the newly crowned Kings of Germany have now gone 49 games without a loss in all competitions; it is their first European final in 22 years.

The final of the Uefa Europa League 2023/24 will take place at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin, Republic of Ireland on Wednesday 22 May, 2024 between Bayer Leverkusen and Atalanta.
