Pep Guardiola’s Cityzens defeated their visitors 3-1 in the last Premier League 2023/24 match at Etihad Stadium on Sunday 19 May, 2024 to clinch their sixth title in seven seasons.

Phil Foden opened scoring for the hosts very early, in the 2nd minute of play, and went ahead to add the second in the 18th minute to calm any nerves.

David Moyes’ Hammers pulled one back through Mohammed Kudus three minutes to halftime, however, the Cityzens restored their two-goal lead through Rodri in the 59th minute to seal victory for City.

Manchester City wrote: “Champions of England.”
