President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has expressed his gratitude to “Germany for its leadership and for the new patriot system”.

He said, with the support from Germany “Ukrainians will demonstrate that Russian terror can be defeated.”
According to army-technology.com:
Patriot Missile Long-Range Air-Defence System is a combat-proven air defence system operated by the US and a number of its allies.
President Zelenskyy said: “Every day, we make every effort to bolster Ukraine’s air defense. I am grateful to Germany for its leadership and for the new Patriot system, which, in the hands of Ukrainians, will demonstrate that Russian terror can be defeated. I am grateful to every country that is genuinely looking for ways to help our country and is actually helping. We will continue to work with partners on this issue.”
