Manager of Enyimba Football Club of Aba, Finidi George, has been appointed as head coach of Nigeria Senior Football Team, the Super Eagles.

According to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL): “@EnyimbaFC head coach Finidi George has been appointed as head coach of the @NGSuperEagles.”
Finidi George is a Nigerian professional football manager and former player, who fielded for Nigeria as a right winger.
At Dutch club, Ajax, Finidi won the Eredivisie (1993/94, 1994/95, 1995/96); and the Uefa Champions League (1994/95).
The former Super Eagles winger won the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in 1994.
