The International Women’s Day is celebrated annually on 8 March.

Rhodes-Vivour wrote: “Today was amazing! I started the day off on Lagos Island with our mothers because it is international women’s day and charity begins at home. Then we went to the Shepherds haven home in Isheri to celebrate with our elders. I am very pleased with the care and support given by the establishment to our elders. The prayers, the conversations, were truly wholesome.

We then went to Wellcare Homes in Apapa to celebrate with very jolly Elders. The support team and staff were full of positive energy, and it was beautiful to see our elderly interacting with their peers and engaging. It was a very wholesome birthday, I thank God for the grace to see another year.”
