Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, in his remarks at the commissioning of the dualised 8.2km Agodi Gate-Old Ife Road-Alakia-Adegbayi Road at the Onipepeye Area of Ibadan on 25 January, 2024, said, “good governance is the ability to use limited resources to meet the growing need of the population”.
