All the way from Ethiopia, Kebene Chala, is the first woman to cross the finish line at the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon 2024 which held today, Saturday 10 February, 2024.

The 25-year old finished in 2 hours, 41 minutes and 4 seconds, and will go back home with a prize of $30,000.
The Access Bank Lagos City Marathon 2024 is the 9th edition of the event; and it is a 42km race.
