President of France, Emmanuel Macron, has said a prayer for King Charles III, wishing him “speedy recovery”.

According a statement by Buckingham Palace, the monarch has been diagnosed with “a form of cancer” as identified following “diagnostic tests”.
The French President wrote: “Wishing His Majesty King Charles III a speedy recovery. Our thoughts are with the British people. Amitiés.”
