Bashir Ahmad, Special Adviser to former President, Muhammadu Buhari, has sent his birthday greetings to former Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, as he turns sixty-four (64) years today, Friday 16 February, 2024.

El-Rufai was born on 16 February, 1960, in Daudawa, Northern Region, British Nigeria, (now in Katsina State, Nigeria).
He served as Governor of Kaduna State from 2015 to 2023. He served as minister of the Federal Capital Territory from 2003 to 2007.
Ahmad wrote: “Happy birthday to the former Governor of Kaduna, Mallam Nasir Ahmad @ElRufai. Your service to the people of Kaduna has left an indelible mark. As we celebrate you today, may the coming years bring you even more remarkable achievements and fulfillment.”
