An unnamed woman sued the ‘I’ll be missing you’ crooner in December. She said the singer alongside other men persistently urged her with “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol” before taking turns raping her in a bathroom.
On Tuesday, in the court papers filed, Diddy denied the accusation and went ahead to question the timing of the lawsuit.
Also, the music star questioned the legitimacy of photographs encompassed in the lawsuit.
His lawyers said via a response filed in the Southern District of New York, Combs “never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever.”
In a statement released in December, 2023, Sean Combs said: “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
