She was decorated with the Collar of the Order of Timor Leste by H.E President, José Ramos-Horta in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The DG WTO said: “Honored to be decorated with the second highest honor of Timor Leste – the Collar of the Order of Timor Leste by H.E President
@JoseRamosHorta1 at a lovely ceremony in Abu Dhabi on the sidelines of MC13. In the presence of a delegation of Timor Leste Parliamentarians and Ministers. Including H.E Fernanda Lay, Speaker of the Parliament.”
