Nigeria goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, has emerged Man Of The Match after a “wonderful job” in the 2023 CAF Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) semi final match against South Africa.

The Super Eagles scaled through the Bafana Bafana through a penalty shootout 4-2 to reach the final of the tournament, after 120 minutes of play which ended 1-1 at Stade Bouaké on Wednesday 7 February, 2024.
CAF wrote: “Stanley Nwabali.
“He’s done a wonderful job again to take the TotalEnergies Man of the Match!”
Nigeria will face the winner between host, Ivory Coast and DR Congo in the final of the tournament.
