Foden netted a brace in the 33rd and 65th minutes, Alvarez (37′), Jackson found the back of his own net (58′) and Doku sealed victory for Pep Guardiola’s side in the 74th minute.
Belgian midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne, made his return to action for Manchester City against Huddersfield Town in the 75th minute as he replaced Mateo Kovacic.
“It only took 17 minutes for de Bruyne to get an assist”, the Citizens said.

With this result, Manchester City are through to the fourth round of the Fa cup 2023/24.
