Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie, said President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will lead Nigeria for “the next eight years”, because this is his “time”.

He also said, “within the eight years, President Tinubu will fix Nigeria for the good of all Nigerians.”
As for 2023 Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, the actor said, the former Governor of Anambra State should be patient that, “his time will come”.
Edochie described Peter Obi as a “great Nigerian”, adding, “I have a lot of respect for him and will never insult him”.
Yul Edochie said: “I have a lot of respect for Peter Obi.
I’ll never insult him.
He’s a great Nigerian.
His time will come, if God Almighty wills it.
This time is for Jagaban.
The next 8 years is for President Tinubu.
And within that time He will fix Nigeria for the good of all Nigerians.”
