The most recent victory for Bayern over Dortmund was on Saturday 4 November, 2023 when the Bavarians cruised past the Black and Yellow by four goals to nil, with English forward, Harry Kane, netting a hat-trick.

Kane scored thrice in the in the 9th, 72nd and 90+3′ minutes after Dayotchanculle Upamecano opened scoring in the 4th minute.
