The fighting between Palestinian fighters known as Hamas and Israel started after Hamas surprisingly attacked Israel in the morning of Saturday 7 October, 2023, killing hundreds of Israelis, with several others taken hostage.
‘Operation Swords Of Iron’ launched by the Israel to fight back and execute retaliatory actions started with airstrikes and now ground activity.
There has been a massive number of casualties both on Israel and Palestine as a result of the fighting between Hamas and Israel.
The United States (US) alongside Leaders of Europe have met and taken a stand together on the situation in Ukraine and the Middle East.
The US and Europe are working toward a “two-state solution” to put to rest the fighting between Israel and Hamas and to restore peace in the entire Middle East.
IDF said: “Over the past day, IDF troops operated in a Hamas terrorist stronghold in Jabaliya, northern Gaza.
“The stronghold was used for training and execution of terrorism activities.
During the ground activity, the troops eliminated approx. 50 terrorists, as well as destroyed entrances to terrorist tunnels and weapons.”
