This was her response to a to a story by Nigerian News platform, Sahara Reporters, titled ‘Northern Muslims don’t perpetrate evil in Power like Christians, Southern Nigerians, says Sheikh Gumi’.
Aisha Yesufu quoted the story by Sahara Reporters and commented: “Let me repeat what I always say.
“One Nigeria is not sacrosanct. Good governance, accountability and transparency are.
“After over 100 years together, it is long over due to sit down and have the Nigerian talk. Do we want to be together or go our separate ways and it is ok to be 36 different countries.”
