Israel Defense Forces (IDF) disclosed, “60+ Hamas terrorists were neutralized and 26 were apprehended” after deploying the Flotilla 13 Elite unit to the area surrounding the Gaza security fence in a joint effort to regain control of the Sufa military post on October 7.

The battle between Hamas and Israel started in the early hours of Saturday 7 October, 2023 after Hamas infiltrated Israel through the Southern region of the country.
Hamas surprise attack on Israel resulted to the killing of many Israelis, and several others taken hostage.
IDF also disclosed, “soldiers rescued around 250 hostages alive”, same day, “October 7”.
According to IDF: “The Flotilla 13 elite unit was deployed to the area surrounding the Gaza security fence in a joint effort to regain control of the Sufa military post on October 7th.
