This is happening after retaliatory action by Israeli forces following the surprise attack on Israel by the Palestinian fighters, known as Hamas.
Spokesman of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Daniel Hagari, disclosed the killing of more than four hundred (400) Palestinian militants in the Times Of Israel.
He said: “there are forces fighting in [Kibbutz] Kfar Aza, there are searches in a large number of towns. There are IDF forces in all towns, there is no town that does not have an IDF force in it.”
Israel revealed there are eight “points of emgagement” with Hamas militants within its territory.
Meanwhile, Hamas says “fierce fighting” has not stopped.
