As hundreds of people converged in the city of Manchester, England for a vigil following the Hamas attacks, four arrests were made.

The Palestinian militants known as Hamas carried out a surprise attack on Israel in the morning of Saturday 7 October, 2023, leading to the death of several Israelis and many others taken hostage.
Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester and council Leader Bev Craig were among those speaking at the event at St Peter’s Square on Wednesday night.
Four people were arrested for breaching the peace, Police disclosed.
Greater Manchester Police further disclosed, after further investigation, one of the suspects was de-arrested.
