Format: This season, the Uefa Champions League format remains the same featuring thirty-two (32) teams in the group stage, spread across eight (8) groups of four teams each.
From the 2024/25 season, the number of teams competing in the group stage of the tournament will increase by four (4) – from 32 to 36.
Commencement: The Uefa Champions League 2023/24 will commence in September with Osimhen’s SSC Napoli drawn in Group C alongside Real Madrid, Braga and Union Berlin.
Defending Champions, Manchester City, will lock horns with RB Leipzig, Crvena Zvezda and Young Boys.
