The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has disclosed, “the ruling of the District court of Illinois, USA, ordering the @ChicagoState (chicago state university) to tender ALL the documents of one “Bola A. Tinubu” who purportedly passed out of the institution in 1979 is a welcome development.

“This latest incident will lead to the unraveling of the mysteries behind the
@OfficialAPCNg Presidential Candidate @officialABAT and his age long certificate saga.”
The document released by the PDP, revealed “Atiku Abubakar’s Application pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782 For an order directing discovery from Chicago State University for use in a foreign proceeding [ECF No. 1] is granted. Respondent CSU shall produce all relevant and non-priviledged documents in response to requests for productions Nos. 1 through 4 (as narrowed by the court) in Applicant’s subpeona within two days of the entry of this Memorandum Opinion and order.”
