This is coming following the final judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal which was delivered by a team of five judges led by Justice Haruna Tsammani on Wednesday 6 September, 2023.
In the final judgment, Justice Haruna Tsammani and his team affirmed President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s election as President of Nigeria.
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed is the 16 President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Aisha Yesufu wrote: “This is a message for Justice Haruna Tsammani
You said it was sacrosanct the days the petitioners have to appeal the judgment. It is also sacrosanct that the court make the judgment available. Incompetence is not a virtue.”
