Presidential Election Tribunal: Tribunal strikes out Labour Party’s petition against Tinubu’s victory

The Tribunal has cancelled Labour Party’s petitions against Tinubu’s win in the 2023 Presidential Election for lack of merit.

The Court ruled the petitioners were unable to establish the allegations of overvoting and voter suppression.

The Court marked issues of corruption which Obi claimed were recorded in the elections. They encompass voter suppression, overvoting and inflation of results.

Tsammani, however, said, some paragraphs which are related to these claims have been cancelled earlier as a result of their vague and generic attributes.
