“These set of human beings” refers to the five judges of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) that led all through to the day of the final judgment.
These are the five judges that affirmed President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu election as 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The same judges told Nigerians that our Nigerian constitution isn’t “special” when they made light work of the compulsory 25% Federal Capital Territory (FCT) votes that a candidate has to clinch to be declared winner of a Presidential Election in Nigeria.
The PEPT judges told Nigerians that 25% FCT votes isn’t compulsory as FCT residents are not “special”.
Charly Boy wrote: “In a few sentences, describe these set of human beings.”
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) final judgment was delivered by the five-man team led by Justice Haruna Tsammani on Wednesday 6 September, 2023.
The Labour Party (LP) alongside People’s Democratic Party (PDP) have both headed to the Supreme Court as they have declared their dissatisfaction to the PEPT final judgment.
Bare your minds in the comment section but please, be very constructive in your “few sentences”
