Bayern Munich forward, Serge Gnabry, has suffered a forearm fracture during the DFB Cup 2023/24 match against Preussen Muenster on Tuesday 26 September, 2023.
The German player will undergo an operation after an x-ray examination.
He will miss “several weeks”, as disclosed by the club’s official website.
Bayern Munich manager, Thomas Tuchel, described Gnabry as “an important player and a super character”.

Serge Gnabry is confirmed to have suffered a fracture of the ulna in his left forearm during FC Bayern’s DFB Cup match against Preußen Münster (4-0) on Tuesday evening, following an X-ray examination during the match. “Serge will undergo an operation tomorrow and will miss several weeks. It’s a bitter blow for him personally but also for us. He is an important player and a super character,” said coach Thomas Tuchel after the match. Gnabry was substituted after a tackle in the 11th minute of the cup tie.
