Arno Michels was born on 16 September, 1967 in Trier, Germany.
He has been at Bayern Munich since March, 2023; and has worked at Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Borussia Dortmund alongside other European clubs.

Arno Michels has been assistant coach at FC Bayern since March 2023. Born in Trier, he previously worked as assistant to Thomas Tuchel at 1. FSV Mainz 05, Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea. He won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2021, achieved two league titles (2019, 2020) and a cup win (2020) with PSG and lifted the DFB Cup with Dortmund in 2017.
