A fan of Manchester United has received a “special gift” from midfielder, Christian Eriksen following United’s lone goal victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday 14 August, 2023.

In the opening match of the Premier League 2023/24 for both teams, defender Raphael Varane netted the only goal of the encounter that rescued the hosts from sharing points in their first game of the new campaign.
The match at Old Trafford saw Erik Ten Hag’s side in possession of the ball more than their visitors as United’s goal came following several lost chances by Wolves.
After the game, Danish midfielder, Eriksen, handed a fan a “special gift” and the fan went ahead to take a shot with it.
In the photo, the Danish player can be seen meeting fans to show his gratitude for their love and support all through the encounter.
