Godwin Obaseki, Executive Governor of Edo State, has come out to say that, Edo State “has the most digitised workforce in the country”.

He also said, “Transforming governance must begin with the engine of government—the public service.”
Governor Obaseki said: “Transforming governance to deliver exceptional services to the people must begin with the engine of government—the public service. This is the vision that gave rise to the John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA) @joopsa_edostate. Today, we can confidently say that Edo State has the most digitised and performance-driven workforce in the country.”
