Akin Akinwale, “Member, State Executive Committee, All Progressives Congress Oyo State”, has expressed his disappointment at Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, after he “sent names to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointment”.

Akinwale disclosed, Alex Otti made the move “lowkey”, however, was exposed by newly appointed Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
According to Akinwale, “Minister Wike said all State Governors including you sent 10 names each to PBAT on his request. So if he did not talk, you want to do it lowkey?”
Akinwale said: “Dear Alex Otti,
“May I respectfully tell you that I am disappointed in you. So you lowkey sent names to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointment.
“Minister Wike said all State Governors including you sent 10 names each to PBAT on his request. So if he did not talk, you want to do it lowkey?
“My advice is that you should include your name in the list because your days as Abia State Governor is almost over. Thank you.”
