Reno Omokri has fired Executive Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, after he “bought twenty Toyota Hilux vehicles for security operatives” instead of helping to “promote Innoson Motors”.

Omokri made the statement as he commented on a tweet by the Governor of Adamawa State which says, “At the end of the day, the goals are simple: safety and security”.
The comment by the Governor of Adamawa State came after he quoted a tweet which says, “To boost security and operations in Adamawa State, @GovernorAUF has constantly supported local patronage by patronizing @InnosonVehicles and has bought over 100 vehicles. We shall continue to partner with you on the good work you’re doing. Congrats on your re-election once again.”
Reno Omokri quoted the tweet (screenshot) and commented:
Alex Otti, a Southeastern Governor, who should help promote Innoson Motors, a Nigerian company of Southeastern origin, bought twenty Toyota Hilux vehicles for security operatives in Abia state. Meanwhile, Umaru Fintiri, a Northern Governor, purchased one hundred Innoson Motors Vehicles for security operatives in Adamawa state just last month.
Aliko Dangote, a Northern Fulani, also purchased 3500 trucks worth ₦63 billion from ANAMMCO, a Nigerian company of Southeastern origin.
Good leadership transcends ethnicity. And that is what the Adamawa Governor and Dangote have demonstrated. Your neighbour can love you better than your brother. Cain killed Abel, but the Good Samaritan saved the Jews, yet Jews don’t mix with the Samaritans. This is a message for some ‘Jews’. That is why you should never blindly support your brother when your neighbour is better.
One Nigeria is possible. One Nigeria is workable. One Nigeria is laudable. Embrace it!
