He added, “I am so proud of the great legacy he has established in the world of arts and photography.”
Fani-Kayode said: “My beautiful erstwhile wife and the mother of my first daughter, Saratu Atta, was at the New Tate in London yesterday and sent me pictures of these wonderful works from my late brorher Rotimi Fani-Kayode. She put a smile on my face this morning. Rotimi was the very best of us and I am so proud of the great legacy he has established in the world of arts and photography. He was recently listed as one of the best and most influential photographers of the 20th century. May his beautufil soul continue to rest in peace. We love and miss you egbon mi.”
