This is coming following the Governor’s victory at the Supreme Court on Tuesday 9 May, 2023 over former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.
Oyetola of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) had accused Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) of over-voting in the 2022 Osun State Gubernatorial Election which was conducted on 16 July, 2022.
However, the case was squashed at the Supreme Court on Tuesday and Adeleke was affirmed legally elected Executive Governor of Osun State.
