Nigerian Afrobeats musician, Seun Kuti, has turned himself in to the Lagos State Police.

Seun Kuti handed himself in on Monday morning to the Lagos State Police Command over investigation into his alleged assault on a Police Officer.
According to Benjamin Hundeyin, Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, the singer submitted himself to the Police in company of a family member and his lawyer.
Hundeyin disclosed, Seun Kuti is at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Lagos.
The PPRO further disclosed, after investigation and a reasonable ground is established, Seun Kuti will be prosecuted accordingly.
