Presidential Election Tribunal: Peter Obi and Labour Party petition pre-hearing adjourned – LP

Labour Party (LP) has officially announced that the pre-hearing of the Labour Party (LP) and its 2023 Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has been adjourned to May 17, 2023.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal reconvened today, Wednesday 10 May, 2023, and pre-hearing of the Labour Party (LP) and Peter Obi Petition against Nigeria’s President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which was supposed to take place today was adjourned after a unanimous decision by both the Petitioners and the Respondents.

Labour Party announced: “Presidential Election Petition Tribunal which reconvened today, has adjourned to May 17, 2023 the petition against the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, by Labour PartyNG & its presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

 

“Tribunal made the decision on the request for adjournment by parties.”
