President Muhammadu Buhari has dedicated newly completed Federal Secretariats to three (3) “illustrious Nigerians” on Saturday 27 May, 2023.

Buhari said, the newly completed Federal Secretariats in Anambra, Bayelsa and Zamfara “are proof of our commitment to complete as many projects as possible, that we inherited”.
They are:
- Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Federal Secretariat, Yenagoa, Bayelsa
- Ebele Okeke Federal Secretariat, Awka, Anambra
- Malam Yahaya Gusau Federal Secretariat, Gusau, Zamfara
Buhari said: “It was my pleasure to approve the recommendation to dedicate the newly-completed Federal Secretariats in honour of 3 illustrious Nigerians:
—Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Federal Secretariat, Yenagoa, Bayelsa
—Ebele Okeke Federal Secretariat, Awka, Anambra
—Malam Yahaya Gusau Federal Secretariat, Gusau, Zamfara
“These newly-completed Federal Secretariats in Anambra, Bayelsa and Zamfara are proof of our commitment to complete as many projects as possible, that we inherited.
“They resonate with our desire to reduce the cost of governance by bringing Federal civil servants under one roof, for efficient service delivery.”
