This was disclosed by Special Assistant on Digital Communication to the President, Bashir Ahmad on Friday 5 May, 2023.
Ahmad said: “President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Prof. Umar Adamu Katsayal mni, as the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Transportation, Daura, Katsina State.”
