SSC Napoli emerged winners of the Serie A 2022/23 after a 1-1 outcome in the Serie A match against Udinese at Udine.
Nigerian striker, Osimhen’s equalizer earned the Partenopei the one point required to clinch their first Scudetto in more than three decades, a title Napoli won last in 1990 and the Diego Armando Maradona era.
Dabiri-Erewa quoted the congratulatory tweet by NIDCOM to Osimhen and commented, “Hearty congrats @victorosimhen9”.
Napoli, without relenting after winning the Serie A 2022/23 title went on to clinch a 1-0 triumph over Fiorentina in the Serie A match at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Sunday 7 May, 2023.
Osimhen scored the only goal of the clash for Napoli.
