Chelsea will welcome Real Madrid at the Stamford Bridge for the second leg of their quarter final tie.

The Blues fell by two goals to nothing to Los Blancos at the Santiago Bernabeu in Spain in the first leg.

However, Chelsea believes “anything is possible” when they clash against the Spanish club tonight.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side is on fire currently, but Chelsea encourages Lampard and his team, saying “together” we can “do this”.

Frank Lampard’s side are hoping to turn their two-goal deficit around and scale through into the semi finals.

Chelsea wrote: “Together, anything is possible. A huge night at Stamford Bridge, let’s do this.
