Jadon Sancho opened scoring for the visitors early in the 7th minute and Marcus Rashford doubled the lead in the 44th minute.
Through Pedro Porro, Tottenham found the back of the net in the 56th minute and Son scored the leveller in the 79th minute to help Spurs earn one point from the encounter.
