Chelsea clinched its first UEFA Champions League trophy in 2012.

Some players were extremely helpful in the club lifting the trophy in the 2011/12 season.
The final was between Bayern Munich and Chelsea at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany on Saturday 19 May, 2012.
The encounter ended 1-1 full time, and Chelsea emerged victorious on penalties 4-3.
Currently, Chelsea are not in the best of form and will lock horns with Liverpool in a Premier League encounter at the Stamford Bridge on Tuesday 4 April, 2023.
The Blues parted ways with English manager Graham Potter, and replaced him temporarily with Bruno Saltor, who said, “my job is to prepare the players” for the Liverpool clash.
